Yes. LEADer CRM includes a built-in SMS campaign feature, allowing you to send targeted text messages to groups of leads or customers directly from the platform. This makes it possible to deliver reminders, promotions, and follow-ups on the channel that often achieves the highest open and response rates compared to email.

How to send bulk SMS messages:

Go to any list or column in the app.
Tap the three dots (⋮) icon at the top.
Choose multiple selections and pick the records you want, or select all records from that list.
Tap the message icon to send a group SMS.

⚠️ Important note: Mobile carriers sometimes block very large batches of outgoing text messages. For best delivery rates, it is recommended that SMS campaigns be sent in smaller groups.
