How to send multiple emails or SMS messages:
Go to any list or column in the app.
Tap the three dots (⋮) icon at the top.
Choose Multiple selections, then either pick specific records manually or tap the three dots again to select all records.
Tap the envelope icon to send multiple emails, or the message icon to send multiple SMS messages.
⚠️ Important note: Your provider (such as Gmail for emails or your mobile carrier for SMS) may block massive outgoing messages. For best results, we recommend sending messages in smaller groups, especially for SMS, to ensure reliable delivery.
